functional layout convenient location many options beer shortage insufficient curtains leaky faucet
i stayed in this hotel for a few nights. breakfast offered many options. the location was convenient, near many interesting places. the room layout was smart, and i found it very functional.
the bar did run out of beer one evening, it was quite a surprise. my room's curtains did not block out enough light. the sink faucet leaked a bit, it was a minor issue.

the hotel location is slightly removed from the center. it is still accessible with a 15-20 minute walk. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the rooms feature clean, modern amenities.
the room lighting was not optimal, presenting a challenge for makeup application.

the staff were friendly. they offered good suggestions for nearby sights and dining. the location is elevated, but just a short walk away from the center.
the shower had a tiny opening making it hard to get into. the overhead shower dropped cold water when i used the hand shower. the lighting was very poor, and made it difficult to read at night.

helpful staff excellent breakfast quality items
The location was a short walk to the city center. The staff provided helpful advice on places for lunch. I received updates on the room readiness through WhatsApp. The breakfast offered excellent choices and high-quality items, ensuring a proper start to each day.
The bathroom design lacked the privacy I prefer. Doors to the shower and toilet area didn't provide full closure.

The hotel's breakfast buffet included an omelet station. The rooms offered unique designs and generous space. A king-size bed and spacious bathroom with a city view were notable. I found the staff very helpful with tour arrangements and friendly. I also had a delicious breakfast, and the quality felt high.
The curtains in the bedroom did not block light effectively. Sunlight entered the room early and disrupted my sleep.

I found the location provided easy access to attractions. a short 15 minute walk took me to the ribeira district and the dom luis bridge. the swimming pool area offered a relaxing space with river views. It was a welcome retreat after sightseeing. my room included modern amenities as expected. I enjoyed sunset views from the balcony.
the hotel provided only one refillable bottle of water in the rooms. i would have appreciated more complimentary water .
